Christmas Store

Application

• Christmas Store shopping date : December 13, 2024.

Eligibility

• Must live in Putnam County and have custody of the children you are shopping for.
• Only the person on the application will be able to shop
• Children must be under the age of 12 years old.  
• Applications must be received BEFORE Dec 1st 
• Everyone that is approved will receive an "Acceptance letter " via Email the week of the Shopping day.  
• YOU MUST BRING/SHOW  EMAIL of THE "ACCEPTANCE LETTER" AND A PHOTO ID.
