Youth Camp Signup Form

We are happy to welcome you all to this year’s 2025 Southern Indiana District Youth Camp. The theme this year is based on the scripture Matthew 18: 12-14. He leaves the 99 for the 1 and rejoices when he finds it. Our camp and mission's speaker is Jared Ballenger. We will proudly be joining with him and Destiny Rescue to help battle against child exploitation and trafficking.
  • Cost: $160 per camper.
  • Camp will start on Monday, July 28th at 2pm and end on Friday, August 1st at 11am. This year, for family night, we would like for all parents and church families to attend. Family night will be on Wednesday, July 30th at 7pm.
    We are offering a scholarship this year for financial aid. Please have the form filled out and returned to me by June 28th. Registration money will be due on the first day of camp. Registration will be due on July 21st which includes campers name, t-shirt size and any food allergies.
